A popular choice with homeowners and business premises, this JSP 7 Cu Ft Grit Bin has a 250kg capacity and is available in 3 different colour schemes: yellow, recycled black or a recycled black base with yellow lid.
The black bin and black base are manufactured from recycled material to the same quality as our non-recycled grit bins and will not discolour or deteriorate through long term exposure to the elements.
It is designed with an angled lid to minimise the amount of snow and ice settling on the top of the bin, ensuring ease of use in winter weather. The bin also features integrated moulded finger grips to assist with lifting of the lid.

This grit bin is stackable up to seven high and offers space-saving storage throughout the summer months when not in use. For great economy and savings on delivery, up to seven grit bins will fit on one standard size pallet.
Optional Extras
To keep your stock of grit salt safe and secure from theft, an optional factory fitted hasp and staple is available (padlock not included).
The optional Multiscoop is a versatile tool that can be used to quickly and efficiently spread grit or salt. It is manufactured from tough and durable plastic and features an all in one, leak free design with integrated handle for ease of use. The Multiscoop is ideal for storing inside this grit bin and can hold up to 25kg of grit.

An optional telescopic shovel can be added, which includes a clip which will allow you to fasten the shovel to the inside lid of the grit bin for convenient storage (as shown in the image).
To ensure you are thoroughly prepared for winter, we can supply this grit bin with 250kg (10 x 25kg bags) of either brown or white salt.
Please Note: If you add rock salt to your order, this will arrive in a separate delivery to the grit bin and within 3-5 working days.
