HP Contractual LaserJet Toner Cartridge Strategy. HP is focused on delivering a broad set of solutions designed to meet the varying needs of our customers. Specific to its contractual customers, HP is providing selected Original HP LaserJet toner cartridges in a different package with a different SKU number ending in “AC” or “XC”. The HP Contractual LaserJet toner cartridges can be identified by plain white packaging showing the HP logo, the reorder product number, the compatible printer models, and the same HP security labels used for Original HP LaserJet toner cartridges sold at retail.HP Contractual LaserJet toner cartridges have been provided to HP’s contractual customers in both Managed Print Services (MPS) and Channel-led Managed Print Services (OPS) engagement since early 2010. From 1 September 2011, HP is expanding this availability to include contractual customers under the Enterprise Supplies Program (ESP) and Strategic Supplies Program (SSP)
