Its four contacts and steel screws are tin-plated to reduce corrosion, oxidation and degradation. This versatile connector accepts solid and strained cable with a varied wire size range. An indication of good fire safety, its housing is composed of green polyamide (PA66) with a UL94-V0 certification. Its also been tested in order to meet the highest RS PRO standards.
