They come in the standard T-1 (3mm) through-hole package. The Avago HLMP-1340/1440/1540/K640 LEDs use a higher intensity material than conventional LED lamps, making an improvement in their performance. The HLMP‑1340 Series Lamps are Gallium Arsenide Phosphide on Gallium Phosphide red light emitting diodes.
