We want to support you and your team in working from home with our free e-procurement workflows and a wide selection of office IT products. But these are unprecedented times and as a marketplace with one of the broadest B2B coverage in Europe, the economic effects of COVID-19 still continue to have an impact on our supply chains.
We have anticipated some changes to ensure that we can provide you with the best possible service.
Stock levels & delivery times
We are in constant contact with our suppliers, which helps us display the most up to date stock levels and delivery times on our marketplace.
Currently, office supplies and protective equipment are still subject to increased demand and we are experiencing some supply shortages. We therefore ask you to pay attention to the current stock levels when ordering these items. For items in these categories that are not in stock, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to meet the delivery times displayed. Of course, we will let you know if there are any delays in the delivery of your items.
In isolated cases, we may have to cancel orders. Cancellations may occur when multiple customers place orders for the same item simultaneously. We ask you for your understanding if this happens.
Delivery address & receiving goods
To enable successful delivery, please specify the correct address and ensure that your items can be accepted at the delivery location. Please help us to avoid unnecessary returns where possible as it prevents us from delivering orders to where they are needed most.
