Acer Care Plus Plan Features
- Priority repair service for your Acer device
- Access to phone, fax and on-line technical support for the entire duration of the Plan without any further charge than the telephone costs.
- 3 Years On-Site: Through this service Acer offers a dedicated assistance carried out at the customer’s site and is available featuring different intervention times which can be checked with your local Acer call center.
- On-site and On-site with Exchange services will only be available in the country where the Plan was purchased. Calls for assistance should reach your local call center not later than 2pm to get the service in the time specified in the Plan. For particular locations difficult to reach like islands or in case of adverse weather conditions, slight delay may be possible. All call-out visits to customers are carried out from Monday to Friday.

Requirements
- This Acer Care Plus Plan must be activated within 365 days of your Acer device's purchase date.
- Proof of your Acer device's purchase date required, such as a copy of an invoice or a sales receipt.

Compatibility
This Warranty Extension is valid for Aspire1, 3, 5, Spin and Swift Notebooks. The Nitro, Predator and Aspire 7 Series are covered by the Notebooks Gaming Warranty Extensions. Acer Care Plus Program Activation
After purchasing your Acer Care Plus extended service plan, you will receive an email with complete instructions, including your personal warranty code and password to enter on the Acer Care Plus website and activate the Plan.

Acer Limited Product Warranty
Consumer have legal rights under applicable legislation governing the sale of consumer goods and this warranty does not exclude, limit or suspend any such applicable rights. For example, Consumers have at least a 24 month warranty starting from the date of purchase - independently of what is stated on any warranty cards or other materials.
