Featuring the unique Digital Visual Interface (DVI) connector, the cables are referred to as DVI/D; for use between mother board, graphics cards and monitors fitted with the same interface termination. These DVI Digital cables are available in two variants; either Single link (up to 165 Mhz bandwidth) or Dual link (up to 330 Mhz) versions. As most XGA monitors tend to run at 50 Mhz, then Single link cables will, at the moment, tend to be the most likely required.
