The PSM 200 AES is a versatile and powerful all-round sander that, weighing just 1.4 kilograms, features a particularly lightweight design. Equipped with a powerful 200 watt motor, it is also able to tackle larger jobs without a problem. Thanks to the two sanding plates supplied, this tool can be used as both a multi-sander and an orbital sander. The rear part of the sanding plate remains in place while the delta-shaped tip is easy to attach and can be rotated. Thanks to the additional rectangular sanding plate, the tool is ideal for efficient sanding, even on larger surfaces. The sanding plates can be replaced without need for additional tools. PSM 200 AES multi-sander – Flexible powerhouse for all types of all sanding jobs The PSM 200 AES is a versatile and powerful all-round sander that, weighing just 1.4 kilograms, features a particularly lightweight design. Equipped with a powerful 200 watt motor, it is also able to tackle larger jobs without a problem. Like its little brother the PSM 100 A, it is equipped with a two-part sanding plate in an iron-shaped design: the rear section of the sanding plate remains in place while the delta-shaped tip is easy to attach and can be rotated. An additional rectangular sanding plate is provided for even greater flexibility. This guarantees efficient sanding, even on larger surfaces. The sanding plates can be replaced without need for additional tools. Thanks to the micro hook-and-loop fastening system, the sanding paper is secured safely to the sanding plate. The supplied microfilter box ensures low levels of dust when working. Alternatively, DIYers can also connect an external dust extraction system to the tool’s dust extraction port. Two sanding plates for added flexibility The PSM 200 AES is even more flexible than other multi-sander tools. This is all down to the additional rectangular 18 x 9 centimetre sanding plate. The sanding surface is around 60% larger than previous sanding plates, ensuring that large surfaces can be sanded even more quickly and efficiently. The adjustable speed also plays a key role here. There are six separate speed settings so that the tool can be used on various types of material. To prevent painted surfaces from heating up during sanding, DIYers can select a lower speed at the touch of a button. If you need to sand small or tight surfaces such as the corners of door or window frames, the rectangular sanding plate can be quickly replaced with a delta plate without need for any additional tools thanks to the practical SDS system. New handle ensures smoother sanding Thanks to the new two-handle design, the PSM 200 AES is particularly easy to use: while one hand remains on the front of the tool, the other hand slides the PSM 200 AES smoothly over the surface. This means that the sander can be used in a comfortable and controlled manner. Furthermore, additional sanding attachments such as a louvre sanding attachment or so-called sanding fingers can also be used. This is particularly useful for sanding in between the rungs on the back of a chair, for example. The PSM 200 AES can therefore cover an entire spectrum of tasks, from the smallest sanding jobs to larger sanding surfaces. A compact and powerful all-rounder The PSM 200 AES is equipped with a powerful 200 watt motor. When combined with the iron-shaped two-part sanding plate and the additional rectangular sanding plate, the tool can be used for a wide array of sanding jobs. The rectangular sanding plate enables the PSM 200 AES to tackle larger surfaces. Furthermore, there is also a range of different sanding attachments. Thanks to the micro hook-and-loop fastening system, the sanding paper can be secured to all sanding plates without risk of slipping and can also be replaced easily within the blink of an eye. Any dust generated is collected in the microfilter box, making work for DIYers even easier.
