Pre-set programmes

The T520A treadmill has 10 pre-set programmes so you can switch up your workouts: - 5 HEALTH programmes to boost your energy and ease back into cardio - 5 CALORIE target programmes to promote fat burning before or after your workout. Each programme has a specific target, duration, speed and incline and can be easily adjusted to suit your fitness level.

Heart rate monitor

The T520A treadmill is equipped with sensors to give you an idea of your heart rate. If for medical reasons, your require precise and uninterrupted cardiovascular data, we recommend using a heart rate monitor belt. If you're just starting a physical activity, remember to consult your doctor!

Noise level

Storage

The treadmill can be folded down and has two roller wheels so you can move it around easily. When folded, you only need 98 x 73 cm of floor space to store it. To extend the life of your treadmill, store it in a dry place where it won't get dusty.
