The CA 6292 has a housing suitable for the construction site with clearly marked connection terminals, so that the connection of the measurement lines is quick and easy and connection errors are avoided.

The CA 6292 is set for measurements via a rotary knob on the housing or with the PC via the USB connection. The measurement results appear immediately on the perfectly readable and illuminated LCD display.

With the CA 6292, measurements are absolutely safe, both for the operator and for the material. With the BSG method, the test object can be grounded on both sides, so that possible dangers due to electromagnetic induction are excluded. With this method, the optional clamp-on current transformer MR 6292 can be used, the currents up to 50 A.

With the CA 6292 up to 8000 measurement results can be saved in the device.

Exact measurements

With the four-wire measurement named after Lord Kelvin, measurement errors caused by line or contact resistance are reliably avoided. This means that measurements of low resistances with the CA 6292 are highly accurate with a resolution of up to 0.1 μΩ and with an accuracy of approx. 1% of the result.
