The stainless steel high-lift pallet truck features a reliable electric motor and powerful gel battery that make lifting to a height of 800 mm simple and easy to do. Made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel (including the pump and hydraulic components), it is suitable for work in damp environments where cleanliness and hygiene are key requirements and where corrosion could also occur if corrosive acids or saline solutions are used. Ingress protection IP65 (dustproof and protected from jets of water from any angle), electro-polished AISI 304 stainless steel, waterproof bearings and nylon bushings ensure that this stainless steel high-lift pallet truck complies with food industry regulations. It is the ideal and clean solution for use in the agricultural, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. It is corrosion resistant, easy to manoeuvre, ergonomic and can withstand regular, high pressure cleaning and disinfection that satisfies the strictest hygiene regulations. The handle is very ergonomic, providing more comfort for the operator, and includes an electric switch for raising and lowering the forks. The control unit enables the forks to enter the closed side of the pallet by lifting it slightly, which makes subsequent work steps easier to complete. In addition, greater machine stability is achieved by using loading rollers and front stabilisers as standard features. The rear stabilisers make work even safer, even when the working height of 400 mm is exceeded or very heavy objects are lifted as well. The EMERGENCY STOP button, with a function that disconnects the battery, and the lowering valve, which ensures the load is lowered gently, are just two of the benefits that make work safer and more efficient when this device is used. Simple consttruction with a design that makes maintenance very easy: access to the lift motor, battery and battery charger only requires a few screws to be undone, and the device does not have to be lifted. The machine is equipped with an adjustable valve that regulates the oil flow rate during the lowering process. This means that the lowering speed is easy to regulate according to use by using a lever in the battery compartment.
