Upright frame protection tested and certified by TÜV, made of high quality polypropylene (PP-C) . It reduces collision damage to upright frames and forklift trucks and is therefore a cost effective solution compared to other products. Rack-Mammut® is space saving due to a slim side profile and suitable for indoor and outdoor use . Characteristics: The special feature of Rack-Mammut® is the honeycomb shape on the inside. This offers extremely high impact absorption in the event of a frontal impact force of up to 2.4 tonnes. The resulting energy is dissipated and the upright frame is thereby protected from damage due to collisions . Elastic, resilient and dimensionally stable, the impact protection returns to its original shape. Rack-Mammut® is suitable for deep freezes and is temperature resistant from -30 °C to +90 °C. Attachment: Easy assembly allows for fast attachment to the respective upright and does not require any assembly tools. Rack-Mammut® is ideal for a shelf upright width of 90 - 110 mm . TÜV Nord certificate To guarantee the safety and durability of Rack-Mammut®, the product is tested and certified every year by an independent test institute on the basis of standard tests in accordance with EN 155635 and EN 15512. Effect: In the event of an impact with a forklift fork, the energy released dissipates. The structure of the individual honeycomb chambers ensures that the force of the impact is distributed evenly over the entire surface of the upright frame protection.
