High yield E-WELD gel nozzle grease extends the service life of welding nozzles. It consists of high purity, light coloured greases and guarantees a high level of cleanliness. Odourless, meaning it provides a pleasant working atmosphere. A protective film is formed on the contact tip and gas nozzle, which prevents the welding spatter from baking on and therefore also provides protection against short circuits and gas shortages caused by hardened welding spatter. It makes an important contribution to occupational safety in particular, as it protects work shoes, welding aprons and gloves from welding spatter. The nozzle grease contains no solvents and is free of abrasive substances.
