Disposable particulate mask with preshaped mask body with large capacity on the inside for a comfortable fit and ease of speech. The very low level of exhalation resistance makes breathing particularly easy. The effective discharge of warm and moist exhaled air out of the mask prevents a build-up of heat under the mask. The specially developed CoolSAFE™ filter material combines a range of highly effective filter media and therefore ensures an excellent filtration performance. Coarse and fine particulate matter is effectively trapped by the different layers. The comfortable, full length and tear resistant fabric straps with clever loop guidance and practical individual adjustment using EasyStop ensure ease of use as well as a reliable and comfortable fit. Fast identification, no confusion: the colour coded nose clip and valve in dark blue, light blue and white to represent the three protection levels ensure greater confidence in having selected the right mask. Protection level FFP3 NR D. The workplace exposure limit is ten times the threshold for particulates. FFP3 masks provide protection from harmful and carcinogenic water-based and oil-based particulate matter as well as from radioactive particles, airborne biological agents in risk group 2+3 and enzymes. The maximum total inward leakage (TIL) is 2%, and at least 99% of the pollutants are filtered out of the air. Typical uses for an FFP3 mask include working with heavy metals, hard wood, brake dust, radioactive materials, pathogens such as viruses, bacteria and fungal spores, and welding stainless steel.
