The Toyota pallet truck with a QuickLift hydraulic unit and a max. load of 2300 kg boasts high quality, reliability and durability. This reduced noise model, BT-Lifter SILENT, certified in accordance with the Dutch Peak programme, guarantees a maximum noise level of 60 dB(A) - about as loud as a normal conversation at a normal speaking volume. This enables use in environments and industrial processes in which quiet work conditions are essential, as well as night time or early morning deliveries. The ball bearing mounted wheel set and axial bearings ensure it is easy to steer. The BT lowering control ensures loads are set down softly and precisely, while the patented temperature resistant polymer drawbar handle ensures it is comfortable to use in a range of work environments. This pallet truck is equipped with 10 - 12 grease nipples for smooth and quiet operation. The solid rubber steering wheels make little noise and are resistant to cutting by metal chippings and other sharp objects. Tandem fork rollers made of very low wear polyurethane allow additional use on bumpy ground.
