SMC XSA1-22S-5D2 HIGH VACUUM STRAIGHT SOLENOID VALVE

Normally closed, the XSA offers a high seal, reduced leakage and a pressure differential of only 1 x 10-6 Pa (abs). High versatility allowing the choice between compression coupling and flush joint coupling, and a large choice of voltages available also offering the FASTON terminal for DC voltages. The spring has also been moved to the body of the XSA, reducing contact and minimizing particle generation. Corrosion resistance, efficiency, economical operation and lightness are the new business advantages of XSA.
