Thor 12-708N Thorex Nylon Hammer (25mm) 250G

The Thor 12-708N has a chrome-plated zinc head on a wooden handle. It has two screw-in nylon faces which are designed to be replaced when worn. The hammer is available in different weights and used as a multi-purpose striking tool in most assembly applications including engineering, furniture making, shopfitting, partitioning, double glazing and injection moulding operations.

Features:

  • Alternative colour coded faces to distinguish hardness are also available
  • Fitted as standard with screw-in White Nylon Faces and Plastic Handle
  • Faces are designed to wear and to be replaced by hand
  • All faces are one-piece moulded
  • No metal pegs or inserts to damage the workpiece when worn
  • Serrations in the metal head prevent faces coming loose during use
  • Faces have a shoulder for extra strength and to prevent a fracture from misdirected blows
