With its compact and stackable design, the Compact Grit Bin - 12 Cu Ft offers a cost-effective and space-saving grit storage solution. Designed to be as maintenance-free as possible, it is manufactured in the UK from impact and UV-resistant polyethylene.
The unique 8 sided design provides a high level of storage capacity with a minimal footprint which is ideal for areas where space is at a premium such as parks, private driveways and outside schools and GP surgeries.

The base of the grit bin has a slotted groove to allow it to be manoeuvred using a standard forklift.
Standard colour choices are yellow, green, black and red, but other colours are available on request.
Optional Extras
To keep your stock of grit salt safe and secure from theft, an optional factory fitted hasp and staple is available (padlock not included).
The optional Multiscoop is a versatile tool that can be used to quickly and efficiently spread grit or salt. It is manufactured from tough and durable plastic and features an all in one, leak free design with integrated handle for ease of use. The Multiscoop is ideal for storing inside this grit bin and can hold up to 25kg of grit.

An optional telescopic shovel can also be added, which folds away for convenient and compact storage in seconds. This enables it to be stored neatly in your grit bin and readily available for use at home or work to quickly remove snow from paths, driveways, etc.
To ensure you are thoroughly prepared for winter, we can supply this grit bin with 300kg (12 x 25kg bags) of either brown or white salt.
Please Note: If you add rock salt to your order, this will arrive in a separate delivery to the grit bin and within 3-5 working days.
