The roller mechanism has a brake mechanism fitted that provides smooth dispensing but also prevent the roll from free spinning, preventing toilet paper unwinding and reaching the floor. A semi transparent window allows you to easily gauge how much roll is left and when its nearing empty, you can move whats left on to the stub roll holder so no toilet roll is wasted. The dispenser also has two refill modes, secure and free access.
