 | Strapping (often referred to as bundling or banding) is commonly used within a range of industries such as fulfilment, logistics, distribution, building and construction for securing products. Ensuring packages are stable and secure is vital, especially if they are large, bulky or heavy. Kit 3 includes: 16mm Steel strapping reel- used for securing heavy loads for safe handling and transportation and offers a great high tensile strength for added security. Popular within the building and construction industry, it is ideal for strapping and securing heavy, sharp edged or irregular loads. 13 - 19mm Tensioning tool- our tensioner will ensure users obtain maximum tension on strapping to improve stability on loads. Simply feed the strapping through and push the handle down to tension; this will support load stability. 16mm Sealer and Snap-On seals- obtain a strong seal, by using Kite's sealer in conjunction with the seals. Simply place the serrated seal over the strapping ends once the tension has been applied and crimp in place with the sealer tool, ensuring a tight seal for adequate strap tension. This kit includes 2,000 seals. Strapping safety cutter- as a heavy duty product, steel strapping is known to be very tough and needs to be handled correctly. In order to prevent the steel strapping from springing when cut, simply cut with this safety cutter that has rubber pads either side to help prevent it from springing. Mobile dispenser trolley- efficiently move steel strapping around warehouse operations quickly, easily and safely. Particularly useful when steel strapping is required in a range of locations. |
