Instruction for refill. 1. Remove the canister from a dispenser base 2. Turn upside down and then remove the lid 3. Refill canister with a bag of disposable earplugs 4. Snap canister lid back onto canister (you will hear a click sound to assure its back in place) 5. Flip canister right side up and gently insert back into earplug dispenser base 6. You are all set.
