nRF51422 ANT™/ Bluetooth Smart Transceiver SoC. Nordic Semiconductors nRF51422 is a 2.4GHz multi-protocol RF transceiver SoC for ANT, Bluetooth Smart and Nordic Gazell protocol applications. It integrates an RF transceiver, ARM Cortex-M0 core microcontoller, Flash memory and analogue/digital peripherals on to a single QFN or WLCSP chip.
