These high-performance hearing protectors have an SNR (single number rating) of 32 decibels (dB) and built-in two-way radio communication with a clear 1 kilometre range (although range can extend up to 3 kilometres depending on conditions). The built-in microphone is the Electret noise-cancelling (MT53) and the headset allows two-way conversation across multiple parallel channels (up to 8 channels and 38 sub-channels).
