| Schmersal Safety SensorThe Schmersal RSSS260 series non-contact safety switch(with latching) with RFID technology is active in the lateral area with a switching distance of 12mm. It is an electronic safety sensor with unique diagnosis meets the highest safety requirements, even when series-wired. It features new coding functions for the uniform allocation of the actuator to the sensor. This is realised through the integrated RFID technology. It has three different coding variants to enable an optimal conformation to the required protection against tampering. Its universal mounting features and the optional latching function provide a smooth and rational integration in separating safety guards. Note: Actuators must be ordered separately Stock no. 880-1769 comes with a latching magnet Stock no. 880-1763 comes without a latching magnetFeatures and BenefitsTerminal type is 8-Pin M12 connector Thermoplastic enclosure Misaligned actuation possible High repeat accuracy of the switching points 2 short circuit proof PNP safety outputs Integral cross-short, wire-breakage and external voltage monitoring of the safety cables up to the control cabinet Increased protection against tampering by optional individual coding of safety sensor and actuator Safety and diagnostic signals can be wired in series LED status indication Sensor with connecting cable or with an integrated connectorCertificationsIP65 rated IP67 rated BG certified EAC certified IEC/EN60947-5-3 BG-GS-ET-14 IEC 60947-5-3 TUV approved More information: | | Supply Voltage: | 20.4 → 26.4V dc | Safety Contacts: | 2 PNP | Housing Material: | Glass Fibre Reinforced Thermoplastic | Connection Type: | M12 | Actuator Type: | Coded | Safety Category: | 3 | Sensor Principle: | RFID | Actuator Included: | No | Series: | RSS 36 | Switching Distance: | 10 (On) mm, 12 mm, 16 (Off) mm | IP Rating: | IP65, IP67, IP69K | Supply Current: | 600mA | Depth: | 25mm | Length: | 106.3mm | Number of Approach Directions: | 1 |
