Avago HLMP-D150/D155/K150/K155 Series LEDs. The HLMP-D150/D155 and HLMP-K150/K155 series, from Avago Technologies, are low current red LED lamps. They are solid state LED lamps which use double heterojunction (DH) AlGaAs/GaAs material technology. This material gives this family of LEDs a high light output efficiency at very low drive currents. They come in a deep red colour with a dominant wavelength of 637 nanometers. The HLMP-D150/D155 and HLMP-K150/K155 LEDs are ideal for applications where a high light output is required with minimum power. Suitable applications for this family of LEDs include; low power circuits, battery powered equipment and telecommunication indicators.. Features of the HLMP-D150/D155 and HLMP-K150/K155 LEDs: - HLMP-D150/D155: T-1 3/4 (5mm) package - HLMP-K150/K155: T-1 (3mm) package - Minimum luminous intensity specified at 1mA - Wide viewing angle - Low power - Low forward voltage - CMOS/MOS compatible - TTL compatible - Deep red colour
