Place the insert and a screw into any hole of the provided friction wrench, push the assembly through the pre-drilled hole, hold the wrench firmly and tighten the screw till it sits snugly in the sheet. The insert is self-adjusting, meaning you stop tightening, loosen and remove the screw once you can feel the insert pressing against the sheet firmly. It can be used with a wide range of material thicknesses. Bright zinc-plated mild-steel construction ensures good resistance to corrosion and rust.
