| TE Connectivity Micro-MaTch Paddle Board Connectors. Micro-MaTch Paddle Board or IDC transition connectors for use in wire to board interconnections. These Micro-MaTch paddle board connectors enable ribbon cable to be connected directly to the PCB without the need for a mating connector. The PCB paddle board connector features IDC contacts eliminating the need for wire preparation. The Micro-MaTch range of connectors have a compact, space saving design. The female contacts have a contact spring system that prevents fretting corrosion. A positioning spring absorbs movement between the male and female contacts caused by vibration and thermal expansion. Prevention of movement on the contact spot enables a gas tight connection to be made which makes the contact spring system fretting resistant. These Micro-MaTch paddle board IDC connectors feature a kinked leg design for secure retention to the PCB and board stand offs. Features and Benefits. • Compact, space saving design • Allows direct connection of cable to PCB • Fully tin plated IDC contacts • Fretting corrosion resistant • Gas tight connection • Kinked legs for secure retention • Board stand offs. Applications. These Micro-MaTch connectors are designed for use in a wide range of applications. These applications include the following: Production and Material Handling equipment Robots and Motors Control Units Central Heating Units Car Radios Navigation Systems Dashboard Systems Base Stations Set Top Boxes Audio equipment More information: | | Number of Contacts: | 6 | Number of Rows: | 2 | Gender: | Male | Pitch: | 1.27mm | Mounting Type: | Cable Mount | Body Orientation: | Straight | Termination Method: | IDC | Current Rating: | 1.5A | Contact Plating: | Tin over Nickel | Series: | Micro-MaTch | Minimum Operating Temperature: | -40.0°C | Maximum Operating Temperature: | 105.0°C | Contact Material: | Phosphor Bronze | Housing Material: | PET |
