The UV3TZ LEDs offer a peak wavelength of 390 nm to 405 nm with a tight tolerance (+/- 2.5 nm). A built-in Zener diode provides protection against any ESD (electrostatic discharge). The UV3TZ family form part of the TZ series of UV LEDs. Suitable applications for these LEDs include; industrial curing, air purification, medical/biomedical applications, dermatological equipment and hazardous material detection..
