| RS PRO PET D-Sub Connector Backshell, 25 Way, Strain ReliefThis D-Sub connector backshell from the RS PRO range is most commonly used by electricians to form connections on modular boards. Its a useful solution for when the orientation of a signal needs to be changed to avoid interference. Theres a steel internal cable clamp on the backshell, for top or side cable entry. Cables can be kept strain-free thanks to the cable retention feature and removable knockouts. The connector is supplied with two finger-operated and two standard jackscrews, so you can secure your connection to keep it stable. The backshell has 25 B D-Sub shell-size contacts suited to metal shell D-connectors which conducts signal. This is suitably shielded from EMI (electromagnetic interference) thanks to its black UL94V-0 rated PET (polyethylene terephthalate) housing.
