It offers high-mounting pressure to the centre of the transistor housing, so youll benefit from maximum heat transfer. This black heatsink gull wing clip is made to be used with the TO-3P model of transistor. The transistor can be attached to a heatsink to help cool components, such as those found in mobile phones, refrigerators and computers, and will prevent them from overheating. It can be affixed to a transistor with an M4 bolt, which can be purchased separately. As part of the RS PRO range, the clip has been stringently tested for durability, consistency and safety.
