Choose this 16-way unscreened flat ribbon cable from the trusted RS PRO range to mass terminate easily. Its commonly used when connecting computers, audio or digital equipment, measures 20.3 mm wide and comes in a 5 m roll. Its simple to use, as you can tear the ribbon between conductors to divide it, using the red marker that indicates the first conductor as a guide. Inside there are seven 0.13 mm² (AWG 28) conductors. It has a voltage rating of 300 V. In addition its temperature-resistant, so will operate from -20˚C to +105˚C. RoHS compliant, it contains minimal hazardous substances. It conforms to the UL 2651 standard so is safe to use with all insulation displacement connectors (IDC).
