| UL3557. FlexLite High Temperature UL Wire. FlexLite HT wire with a tough, high temperature insulation recommended for lighting, appliance, electrical and motor applications.FlexLite HT products provide wiring solutions like many fluoropolymers, such as PTFE and FEP. FlexLite HT is not prone to cold flow problems high frequency radiation and soldering iron contact resistance, without melting or shrinkage. As a single wall insulation, FlexLite HT does not need glass braid for extra mechanical protection preventing excessive cutter wear. This wire has mechanical toughness, heat resistance and excellent shop handling characteristics. FlexLite HT wire offers an attractive alternative to fluoropolymer and glass braid silicone lead wires, especially in high temperature environments with limited space. Other applications include: halogen lighting, wireless tools and high small end appliances where space and temperature are an issue.
