This device is a 3-Phase indicator used for monitoring a 3-wire supply while providing a visual indication as to the status of the phase sequence/rotation and presence of all phases.The monitor has one bi-colour LED used to indicate phase rotation and illuminates in green to confirm the sequence is correct. If the rotation is incorrect the LED changes to red.
