This component works by controlling one phase of the energy supply during ramp-up and increasing currents in the two non-controlled phases reducing starting torque. You can easily mount it on a DIN (Deutsche Institut für Normung or the German Institute of Standardisation) rail and combine it with an electronic injection brake module to form a complete motor control system.
