This RS PRO thermocouple thermometer is suitable for a very wide range of applications which require high accuracy and can be used for monitoring extremely low or high temperatures. Features and Benefits: This RS PRO single input thermocouple digital temperature device is ideal for quick and effective temperature monitoring in environments or applications that require high accuracy This is a a low cost but high accuracy, microprocessor driven thermocouple instrument that has a °C/°F switchable function and a measurement range of -200°C to 1372°C with a resolution of 0.1° to 1000° (auto-ranging) Because of the design of this thermometer, it has the ultimate flexibility of thermocouple types K/T/J/R/N/E/S and being infra-red sensor compatible, which means this device can be used for monitoring extremely low or high temperatures In addition to this, the thermometer offers a user-configurable auto-switch off capability and indicates over range/open circuit Also included is a low battery indication feature to ensure that the device does not switch off suddenly during the measurement process Supplied with a shock-resistant rubber boot that is waterproof and dustproof to fully protect the device, PP3 Battery and User Manual Applications: Digital thermometers are accurate and easy to use test and measurement devices and can often serve as a method of non-contact temperature measurement when required.
