Seoul Semiconductor LEDThe Seoul semiconductor 3.05V, white, surface mount LED comes in the standard package with a length of 3.0mm, a width of 3.0mm and height of 0.6mm. It has a substrate made from a moulded plastic reflector sitting on top of a lead frame. The die is attached within the reflector cavity and the cavity is encapsulated by silicone.
