Avago HLMP-D101/D105/K101/K105 Series LEDs. The HLMP-D101/D105 and HLMP-K101/K105 series, from Avago Technologies, are high intensity LED lamps. This family of solid-state LED lamps use double heterojunction (DH) AlGaAs/GaAs material technology. Their LED material offers a high light output efficiency over a range of drive currents. The HLMP-D101/D105 and HLMP-K101/K105 LEDs are deep red in colour with a wavelength of 637 nanometers. They can be DC driven or pulse driven by the user to acheive the required light output. Suitable applications for the HLMP-D101/D105 and HLMP-K101/K105 LEDs include; bright ambient lighting, moving message panels, portable equipment and general purpose use..
