STEVAL-ISA198V1 Buck Converter Evaluation Board for L7987L. The STEVAL-ISA198V1 evaluation board is a step-down switching power supply based on the L7987L regulator device. The L7987L is an asynchronous buck switching regulator with an embedded power MOSFET. Input Voltage Range: +4.5V to +60Vdc Step-down (buck) conversion Output voltage: +5Vdc (Vin > +6V) Output current: up to 2A Switching frequency: 500kHz 5ms programmed soft-start Compatible with ceramic output capacitors Light-load management (pulse skipping) Switch-over feature on the Vbias pin Adjustable soft-start, current limit threshold and switching frequency 180° out of phase synchronization available with another L7987L device Auto-recovery overcurrent and thermal protection
