The plug features a two-stage lever to open the HVIL circuit prior to separation of HV contacts. The MSD presents a disconnect for internal high voltage battery packs without the need for specialist tools, while protecting the battery from short circuit. With a high degree of ingress protection, this Mini MSD offers a safe and reliable solution for PHEV servicing.
