The remarketing function is used to present interest-based advertising to website visitors. A cookie is stored in your browser which recognises you when you visit a website belonging to the Google advertising network. This allows us to serve interest-based advertisements throughout the Google network. On these websites, adver-tisements can be shown to you relating to content that you have previously accessed on other websites that al-so use Google’s remarketing function. According to Google, it doesn’t collect any personal data in this process. The purpose of the remarketing function is marketing and its optimisation.

We do so in connection with our legitimate interest in displaying interest-based advertising relevant to you. We receive anonymous reports from LinkedIn on the performance of advertisements and in-formation on how you interact with this website. For this purpose, a LinkedIn Insight tag is embedded. When you visit our website, this tag establishes a connection to LinkedIn servers (as long as you are logged into your LinkedIn account at the same time). LinkedIn then associates your visit to this website with your user account. For more information on the collection and use of data by LinkedIn, as well as your related rights and options for protecting your privacy, please see the privacy policy at https://www.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy.
